it is Fish Fry time….
We look forward to having you come to the fish fry and we need your help to pull this off again this year! We
will be serving in the Parish Center at St. Mary’s again this year. Working the Fish Fry is a great time and a fun way to share your time with our church and your
community. Please look at the options below and see if you can help us out!
It takes a group of people to pull off a fish fry every week. So please we need your help!! If you would like to
volunteer by phone, please call Michele

Please sign up no later than Feb 1st so we can begin arranging
and forming groups as soon as possible. Hopefully we can all meet
together the following week.
Fish Fry Volunteer Options
Please Note: If you cannot work the whole shift and want to still help us… just let us know when you’re available within the times needed)
1.) Set Up: (1:00-3:45 approx.) Set–up volunteers will be setting up the tables and chairs according to the
diagram and preparing the Parish Center for our guests. *** We could use a Set-up Captain who could
supervise different people every week. Their shift would be up when the eating area is set up.
2.) Food Prep: (1:00 – 3:30 approx.) Food preparation
3.) Kitchen Cooks: (3:30 – 7:15 approx.) Fryers and Cooks
4.) Servers: (3:45 – 7:15 approx.) Serve Food as
Runners come to line
5.) Kitchen Help (3:30 – 7:15 approx.) Keep food stocked
6.) Kitchen Window Runners/Drinks: (3:45 – 7:15
approx.) Serve guests their food. Serve drinks.
7.) Bus Tables- (4:30 – 7:30 approx.) Volunteers will clean tables and chairs.
8.) Kitchen Clean Up (5:00 – 7:45 approx.) Help clean the dishes; Help empty garbage, Help clean fryers and stoves and counters.
9.) Cashier & Ticket Runners (3:45 – 7:15 approx.) Cashier -Charge guest as they come through the line. Ticket Runners - Run Ticket up to the Kitchen Window.

Thank you to all who attended the "Catch the Community Spirit Golf Tournament" and all those who came and joined us for dinner.... It was a huge success.

Remember to Mark your calendars for next year tournament. It will be held on Sunday, July 22, 2012. Remember if you can not come out and golf, there is still fun to be had at the dinner for golfers and non-golfers...
ALTAR SERVERS NEEDED....
We are in great need of more Altar Servers to serve at our 4:45 PM
Masses on Saturday afternoon at St. Mary’s. This is a great way to get
your family more involved in the church. Many who have served as Altar
Servers are now Communion Ministers, Lectors, and Cantors. Please
consider asking your children to serve in this ministry on Saturday
afternoon. By serving on Saturday you and your children can sleep in on
Sunday morning. Training will be provided on a group or individual
basis. Please call the office to sign up.
